This isn’t a typical ride in the park. Get a great cardiovascular workout on stationary bikes as you pedal through various exercises like hill climbs, on-bike sprints and more! The instructor will help guide you, but you ultimately decide how far you’ll push yourself.

Lauren is a personal trainer and fitness instructor from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She says “I began making changes to my health at twelve when my Mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. After many years of inactivity and turning to food as a comfort, I was obese and had terrible self-esteem. My mom left me with a lot of advice in the time she was sick and encouraged me to take care of myself. She continued to tell me, ‘You can’t love others until you learn to love yourself.’ I wasn’t sure how to do that, but I figured working on my health could be a good start.” She now wants to pay it forward and inspire others to love themselves.
