We’re so sad to see our last instructor, Carli, go. We’ve left her interview below to show you just what HIGH Fitness is like! She will be missed, but we are proud to introduce our new HIGH Fitness instructor: Kara!
Kara Simmons was just certified as a HIGH Fitness instructor in January and has started her career here with us! Although it’s always been her dream to be a group fitness instructor, she’s finally making the transition from her professional photography career. She has a degree in Health Promotion from Weber State, has run a marathon and a few half-marathons, and she and her husband of 11 years have 3 beautiful daughters ages 7, 3, and 6 months old. “HIGH Fitness is the class for me,” she says. “It just totally fits my personality!”
