A 45-minute total body training system that focuses on the core. Come to this class to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve your posture, challenge your mind-body connection, and empower your life! During Spring Term, Pilates will be combined with our Abs class.

Becky Moller is a BYU Grad who was born and raised in Wisconsin. She is now a wife and mother of 5 beautiful kids and lives in Spanish Fork. Becky graduated with degrees in English Education, Music, and MFHD. After teaching English at Spanish Fork Middle School for 2 years, she stopped teaching to raise her babies. Soon, she was getting fitness certifications under her belt to continue her love of exercise and give herself a “Mommy Break.” She has taught Step aerobics, Turbokick, TABATA Boot Camps, Pilates, Abs classes, Zumba cardio, ZumbaTone, Zumba Pump, and now STRONG by Zumba. She thinks she has the best job in the world because it gives her an hour or two each day to be present, connect back to herself, and be a real human. Then she is much better equipped to go back to her little brood and be Mommy again.

“The teacher is super awesome, she’s fun and it’s a great way to eat out of your room and get active for a couple of hours. Pilates is good to tone your body. Different muscle groups every time. After a few times of going you get a full range.”
