Becky Moller is a BYU Grad who was born and raised in Wisconsin. She is now a wife and mother of 5 beautiful kids and lives in Spanish Fork. Becky graduated with degrees in English Education, Music, and MFHD. After teaching English at Spanish Fork Middle School for 2 years, she stopped teaching to raise her babies. Soon, she was getting fitness certifications under her belt to continue her love of exercise and give herself a “Mommy Break.” She has taught Step aerobics, Turbokick, TABATA Boot Camps, Pilates, Abs classes, Zumba cardio, ZumbaTone, Zumba Pump, and now STRONG by Zumba. She thinks she has the best job in the world because it gives her an hour or two each day to be present, connect back to herself, and be a real human. Then she is much better equipped to go back to her little brood and be Mommy again.

Isabel Thayer is from Henderson, NV. She graduated April 2017 from BYU with BS in Exercise Science and a Nutrition Minor. She first did Zumba summer 2014, and “LOVED” the exercise format. The dancing and fun music aspect of Zumba, along with the high intensity cardio, make it a truly fun workout.
She started teaching Zumba in fall 2014 and POUND in 2015 after seeing a video of it. In fact, she was part of the FIRST instructor training in UT! “The explosiveness of POUND is what got me hooked.”
She loves being outdoors, reading, dancing, singing (she was in the BYU Women’s Chorus for 4 years, president for 2 years), and listening to good music. “Without fail, I feel better physically and emotionally after a Zumba or POUND class than I did before the class.”
“I like Zumba because I like to dance and the dancing makes me happy. It doesn’t feel like I’m going to work out. It feels like I’m going to have some fun time and some play time but the weights give you a good workout. I’ve done it other places and love Becky.”
